Free Shipping
Tommy.com offers free ground shipping on orders over $100. For your convenience, we offer flat rate shipping which is determined by your location and preferred transit time. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

Overnight and second day shipping deadlines
We strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. To ensure your order ships to meet the expedited shipping deadline, your order must be placed and your payment must be authorized before 12:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Please note certain items are excluded from overnight or Second Day shipping.

Return Policy
Online returns must be received by our warehouse within 30 days (45 days for Hilfiger Club members) of the shipping confirmation date. In order to process your return, items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a return, refund, or credit. Once received by our warehouse, the return takes 7-14 business days to process. After processing, you will receive the credit within 3-5 business days. A flat-rate return shipping fee of $4.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Apparel must be unworn with original tags attached. Footwear must be unworn and in its original shoebox. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements. We do not allow price adjustments on merchandise purchased on Tommy.com.
Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to process exchanges online; however, we do accept exchanges in-store within 30 days (45 days for Hilfiger Club members) of the shipping confirmation date. Please bring your unworn, tagged item accompanied by the packing slip to a Tommy Hilfiger store near you.
